Reservation & Cancellation Policy

* Credit Card Reservations must be confirmed by telephone.

* Weekend and Holiday Reservations must be for two nights or more.

* Change or Cancellation Period:
24 hours - dorm beds and camping
48 hours - private rooms & RV

*Non refundable deposit required for holidays

* If you don’t notify Riverbend of cancellation or changes within this period, your credit card will be charged for one night.

* If you need more than six beds or need to stay more than six nights a 50% deposit may be required.
